How does AIRobics work?
Our AIRobics classes combine calisthenics (gymnastic exercises), core exercises and aerobics for a well-rounded workout – called rebounding. Your class will be held right on the trampoline floor of Helium Trampoline Park guided by our fitness experts.
When are the classes? And how much?
Our AIRobics classes take place Saturday mornings from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Can’t find someone to watch your little one? NO worries! AIRobics classes are only $10 per session, AND your purchase includes a free Jump admission during class time for one child over 5 years & 36″+ tall!
