AIRobics is fitness class that combines all kinds of different exercises to make sure everyone from fitness junkies to beginners gets the most out of their workout. This is called rebounding, and it’s one of the most effective forms of exercise. Our fitness instructors mix in calisthenics (gymnastics exercises), core exercises and aerobics to our classes so you can get an intense and rewarding workout in an hour. It’s such an effective exercise that NASA has added rebounding as part of the training for astronauts. Rebounding circulates more oxygen to your tissues, stimulates your metabolism, reduces your resting heart rate, and increases your sense of balance!
All that said, you don’t have to be an astronaut or an elite athlete to come to an AIRobics class. You can come workout at your own level and be support side by side with your other classmates! Having a fun class you can go to with your friends, family, or spouse has been proven to help people stick to their goals. Our classes are affordable, just a few times a week, and you get to jump on a trampoline!
