The words exercise and fun aren’t typically used in the same sentence; until now! Introducing our new AIRobics fitness classes — an innovative, effective, affordable and FUN way to get your fitness on!
What is AIRobics?
AIRobics is a fitness class that combines calisthenics (gymnastics exercises), core exercises and aerobics for a well-rounded workout. We have a spacious trampoline area, and trampoline fitness experts to guide you through your workout! Trampoline fitness is a great alternative to gyms because it offers low impact, easy movement on the joints, improved balance and coordination skills. And bonus, it’s also a cardio workout! You can burn up to 1,000 calories during an AIRobics class, burning 60% more than you would running.
When are the sessions, and how much?
Our first AIRobics class is Saturday Jan. 7th from 9:00-10:00am. As of now we only offer classes on Saturday mornings but don’t worry; we will be expanding! Each session is $10 per person, which even includes a free Open Jump admission during class time for one child over 5 years & 36″+ tall.
AIRobics is a great opportunity to get outside of your fitness comfort zone, try something new and have fun with friends while doing it! Don’t torture yourself by going to the gym, and do something different!
